I called Statewide after receiving a referral from my home inspector.  Peter was exceptionally detailed, and he actually ended up finding evidence of a possible tank.  After further investigation a tank was discovered, and we were able to negotiate it into the closing.  Thanks to Peter I avoided what could have been 10's of thousands in damages.  Thanks Statewide!
